* Boarding Fee: Due at the first of every month and figured at a rate of 2.95 per day, per animal ($2.95 X 365 days
divided by 12 months). Rates are subject to adjustment every six months.
** Whenever possible, farm calls are scheduled along with routine vet visits splitting farm call fees accordingly.
*** Rate charged per 10-day breeding cycle.
**** All veterinarian service charges will be billed to the boarder and payment is expected within 14 days of statement
notification.
All fees are subject to change and are not negotiable unless otherwise stated in a written contract at Agistor's discretion.
